The level of help that everyone offers along with their excellent knowledge in various areas

Vitality healthcare is the best healthcare that I have used so I like that they are with this one now

My team are excellent, they are highly intelligent and skilled - I am very lucky to work with people at the excellent level that they are.

Achieving results, it was a bit slow for my team for a long time but we are really getting things in place for this quarter and its incredibly empowering
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The honesty and clarity that they give. If we move directions the leadership team are very clear on how and why we have done it. Its the vision and forethought that i like.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many things, the people are the main advantage in Tray but the second thing that I find incredibly inspiring is the ability to use the best tool for the job and the openness to change to allow for the best results.
