What makes you most happy at work?
My team is made up of wonderful and empathetic women who work hard every day to make Trayers happy, and I always look forward to getting to learn from and collaborate with them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is authentic and empathetic. They lead with humility and are extremely collaborative. There is also an undercurrent of humor in everything we do at Tray, which makes even the stickies problems feel like they can be overcome.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are really open and share who they are. This attitude include managers who sometimes open themselves up to jabs by talking about their love for terrible sports teams! But honestly, it's just the feeling of safety to be yourself.
