Tray does not pay the highest salaries but they make it up with equity in the company.

The leadership team is amazing. They have an incredible vision of the company for the next 10 years. As people, they are fun and humble.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are fun. Stuff gets done fairly quickly. The company is still a startup in the sense that the politics and bureaucracy are little to none.
