Overall, I've had the opportunity to work on things I have not been exposed to in the past. The immediate trust and encouragement I felt from my direct leadership team at the start of my Tray journey was incredible and still feel that way today. I'm stretching my limits in a good way every day.

Diverse group thinking, collaboration is top notch, great sense of humor while doing the "hard things"
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Definitive growth paths and career paths are motivating to me and I feel this is definitely a work in progress at Tray and can be demotivating at times not knowing where I'm headed
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are willing to admit where there are areas for opportunity and don't shy away from the work that needs to be done but also does take time to celebrate the wins. Transparency is also greatly appreciated.
