I feel as though I am constantly learning from them. No one has an "I'm here" mentality which equates to low egos and lots of collaboration!

Everyone genuinely enjoys collaboration and seeks out any opportunity to collaborate, which can be hard in a remote environment. I love that I never feel like I am bothering someone when I have questions or need to talk out a potential resolution to a solution!
