Experience has been a bit of a rollercoaster. There has been a lack of direction, especially for someone that's new. Not having a manager for a long time was also hard to navigate simple things, and Nate had a lot on his plate. Excited for the people & process we are putting in place now.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is super helpful and wants you to succeed
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being in the office has been helpful getting to know coworkers. I know its hard to keep that alive for remote work but if there's something we can do to help with collaboration remotely I think that would be helpful.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'd say I'm moderately excited for work.. Some days are slower than others which can make it more challenging to be excited, especially when you're WFH. I'm most happy at work when I have opportunities to interact with my team
