Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am paid ~20% under the market rate for my role, and was paid ~30% less than my male colleague in the same role for over 2 years until I was promoted above him (and still only get about 1% more than him)

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

- Setting actual company goals that can be measured properly - Caring about diversity and inclusion e.g. reaching out to underrepresented groups at Tray - Being more visible within the organisation - Hiring experienced leaders - Seeing gaps in the company and filling them
