So far I have had nothing but positive times with my company - they teach me things, support me and make me feel confident in my skills, and listen to me and my ideas. couldnt ask for much more than that
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That its not performative, they really just care about their employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work is really interesting and feels useful. It also feels like it will be impactful for a lot of people

They are so easy to get along with, and they challenge me to think about things in interesting and different ways. They teach me things and are all just great people to work with

We all support each other, and teach each other new things everyday. And know that we can lean on one another if we need to bounce ideas or get help when stuck on something
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are accessible and their biggest goal is to make sure that we all know and are excited about the vision of the company. They listen to concerns and talk to you like you matter.
What makes you most happy at work?
The different problems to work on, and the ability to dig into things to set them up and work on them properly. We move fast, but not so fast we have to lose that aspect of the work, which is crucial as you are building up a business
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about each individual employee as their individual self, which makes it really easy to feel included and to belong (it never feels forced or fake) - they also want to make a great product WITH all of us, and appreciate us for how we can help make this goal a reality
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I receive a wage that feels right for the work I will be doing, and I also really love the mental health and wellness monthly stipend. This will help me to feel supported in getting back into meditation and exercise as part of me and how I best show up to my job.

I am paid what I should be for the amount of work that I do, and for my tenure in the field. I also am supported to take time as I need it both for sickness/ health and just for rest. We also are fairly supported in our healthcare, retirement funds and life insurance
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While there are many remote workers, we are also encouraged to get together and see one another in person from time to time, which is amazing to be supported. It can be hard to be fully remote all the time, so glad I have been able to get to know my coworkers in person as well!
