Tray's leaders do an excellent job passing down the torch to be kind and accepting of one another and provide resources to support and celebrate individuals from different backgrounds.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's consistent across the board that each leader at Tray is approachable, helpful, and intelligent. Tray does a phenomenal job at hand-picking leaders to represent their teams and the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Again, Tray hires individuals from all walks of life who are easy, fun, and pleasant to work with. I constantly rave about the culture and how the interview process sealed the deal for me to want to be part of the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commissions for the sales team have recently been restructured to pay us more money. Tray's committed to being transparent and invested in sales commission software so that we can visually see our commission breakdown. We have fantastic dental and medical benefits as well.
