My first here it was my dream job with the best team ever! Unfortunately poor management, multiple rifs and the lack of communication have broken my trust in the business.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

As said, I don't believe Tray nurtures any culture outside of some free meals and drinks which is very artificial.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

- Pay is under the market rate - Career path is unclear - Outside of flexibility, benefits are poor - the private health care is very limited

What are some of the best things about your team?

Tray is lucky to have some very capable and friendly people and uses them to say we have a great culture which are 2 different things. People are great but unless they are taking care of, they will walk away.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

- Lack of transperancy - Lack of acknowledging the issues - Not Undertaking any initiative to understand people and actively address their concerns - The business is lacking direction and making lots of decisions that don't make much sense to most of us

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

- Lack of transperancy - They talk the talk but don't walk the walk - Leadership seem disconnected from the people and most I'd their comments seem irrelevant to our day to day experience - Maternity benefits are extremely poor for the UK standard - Women are hardly represented by leadership
