Overall, I feel at home working at Tray. Each person is different and is able to express themselves as they are. The product is very interesting, useful and challenging and the team is highly collaborative. It was a bumpy ride a few months back but we seem to be well on track

I feel I can be myself here. Unlike other places I worked in the past, diversity of thought is respected (not just your appearance).
