What are some of the best things about your team?We had a lot of hard-working individuals. They were just never appreciate it so I ended up going to another job new people that show up are trained and don't even make it after training.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?For the amount of work we do, we should be paid minimum 25 dollars and hour.. also, my health insurance was canceled by someone at trugreen before i was eligible to receive it, and now wageworks says i have to pay for the 4 months i didn't have insurance for me to have insurance going forward.
