- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?For the amount of work we do, we should be paid minimum 25 dollars and hour.. also, my health insurance was canceled by someone at trugreen before i was eligible to receive it, and now wageworks says i have to pay for the 4 months i didn't have insurance for me to have insurance going forward.
