TSA Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Healthcare. It's the only reason I haven't quit yet; but I am looking for a new job in which intelligence is appreciated.

Healthcare coverage.... including dental.... awesome...

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes I feel undervalued. Their "human resources" are completely expendable, and they wonder why they have a morale problem.

Review from Operations Dept

Pay same or more than cost of living in area

Our work is very valuable and of high risk

Because of Lack of support

The pay doesnt keep up with inflation

If I her the raise and lay I truly deserve for risking my life for this job

Review from Operations Dept

We are exposed to irate passengers and unprofessional colleagues and still have to keep our composture and earn public trust. The government can shutdown at any time leaving us to hardship and still having to come to work. A higher wage would allow the opportunity to save.

Review from Operations Dept

More money, less stress and hours.

Review from Operations Dept

Employees should never have to worry about paying bills or being evicted nor should they have to go years without being able to afford basic health insurance.

For all the work we do we don't get paid enough

Treated poorly by leadership. I go above and beyond and there is rarely praise. No room for advancement when you work at a smaller airport
