Stop punitive actions. Treat officers at adults.

They lack supportive leadership skills. They do not know how to provide adequate training or build a positive work environment. They cannot be trusted and will devalue you to senior management to conceal their own mistakes.
They need more training and respect for everyone
Caring about TSA more and less about the line of passengers

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare. It's the only reason I haven't quit yet; but I am looking for a new job in which intelligence is appreciated.

Yes I feel undervalued. Their "human resources" are completely expendable, and they wonder why they have a morale problem.

The public hates TSA. Officers are so stressed, they're not always friendly and passengers can be rude. Most of us are overworked due staffing shortages.
Not every one is on the same page, too many lazy employees, pay is too low
