What makes you most happy at work?

Mission to serve people of our country

Interacting with co-workers and putting a smile on a customer's face

working with coworkers and people....

Review from Operations Dept

When everyone on my lane wants to actually work, when we pass a test and mitigate the threat, when managers notice we're doing our work.

Review from Operations Dept

My team members and my subordinated

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Burn it down and build a new one.

Review from Operations Dept

The public hates TSA. Officers are so stressed, they're not always friendly and passengers can be rude. Most of us are overworked due staffing shortages.

Better leadership is needed, support from leadership, and recognition for performance during stressful situations every day.

Review from Operations Dept

Not every one is on the same page, too many lazy employees, pay is too low

Review from Operations Dept

To many in the upper level just there for a paycheck and retirement. They don't or want to concern themselves with what it takes to be effective

Review from Operations Dept

Just too much stress and not enough support

Review from Operations Dept

Leadership needs to realize we are humans and we have feelings
