They lack supportive leadership skills. They do not know how to provide adequate training or build a positive work environment. They cannot be trusted and will devalue you to senior management to conceal their own mistakes.

They need more training and respect for everyone

The public hates TSA. Officers are so stressed, they're not always friendly and passengers can be rude. Most of us are overworked due staffing shortages.

Better leadership is needed, support from leadership, and recognition for performance during stressful situations every day.
