Get rid of all the confusing, long DLP's and Light house articles, train us so when we go live we don't need to read stupid articles when trying to solve someones problems or concerns. When someone wants a manager or supervisor stop being panseys and talk to our customers.

Fails are given out too much, employees are expected to be perfect, and changes happen without notice. All of these need to change
instead of helping agents they just continue to mark them at 0 and they don't care about the stress the agent is going through or how they are gonna pay their bills once they are termed

Improving management would be a start
You do not get properly trained in work that you will be doing. They just give you PowerPoints to read over and then you go back over them with your Trainer. Not enough hands on training. Then they throw you to the wolves on nesting and inbproduction.
Management should train their leadership

They get on to you for going to the bathroom when its not time for your breaks. I hate being questioned on going to the bathroom when needed. They expected me to ask for permission and expected us to clock out and clock back. None of mgt is on the same page, each one gives different answer.
