Mr. Brett Cate has been President of Local Government Division at Tyler Technologies, Inc. since 2006. Mr. Cate has overall responsibility for Sales and Marketing at both the INCODE and EDEN divisions. He served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Eden Systems, Inc. He joined Tyler in 1999, initially serving as a Product Specialist before advancing to Director of Sales and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Tyler, Mr. Cate was Sales Manager for Computer Transition Services, Inc. (CTSI). He has more than 20 years of experience in the computer industry. His background includes serving as a senior auditor in external, internal and fraud capacities for fortune 500 companies. Mr. Cate holds a B.S. in Accounting from Lubbock Christian University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
