W. Michael Smith — Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President at Tyler Technologies

Mr. W. Michael Smith has been the Chief Accounting Officer of Tyler Technologies, Inc. since March 2006 and serves as its Vice President. Mr. Smith served as Vice President of Finance of Tyler Technologies Inc since June 2006. Mr. Smith held the roles of Director of Strategic Planning and Controller for the southwest region of AT&T Wireless Services and began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Smith served as the Chief Operating Officer of Remote Dynamics, Inc. from June 2003 to December 27, 2005, Executive Vice President & Treasurer from November 1998 to December 27, 2005 and Chief Financial Officer from January 30, 2004 to December 27, 2005. Mr. Smith also served as Principal Accounting Officer of Remote Dynamics, Inc. until December 27, 2005. He holds Undergraduate and Graduate degrees from the University of North Texas and is a certified public accountant.
