Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was offered a position at a specific rate of pay. None of my onboarding documents stated the pay rate. However, when I received my first paycheck, it was not the stated rate of pay. When I contacted the Human Resources, they said we're sorry, they made a mistake.

The job is incredibly stressful - the pay needs to at least be high enough for employees to afford healthcare that helps them endure the job.

Higher-ups need to realize we aren't robots that won't get stressed by constant overtime and insane pressure.
