The HR team does a great job of putting together great events in office and virtually to ensure we all feel included. There are also a lot of awards and ways they show their appreciation.
The employee events are fun. Almost everyone is welcoming and friendly. The emphasis on work-life balance.
I miss the in-office energy that can not be replicated remotely However, the company does its best to restore that sense of community remotely.
My team and several other departments' all work together, amazingly and efficiently to take care of any last minute jobs, or changes. I've never experienced this level of teamwork!!!!
