What is the best part about your compensation package?

PTO, hourly pay and medical benefits

Good but it can be better

I am able to get a bonus at the end of the year given that I meet clinical outcomes.

The total compensation package is fair.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I truly enjoy my job but i do feel im under paid for the skills, professionalism, and dedication I've brought to my center.

I know I'm not paid my worth. I was too anxious to come aboard, thus taken advantage of. I undervalued myself.

I believe for the work I do for the company my pay can be better

I feel undervlued as an employee because of my age. I am 21, but I have my CCHT. The older employees were rude and acted like I did not know anything and belittled me

Be treated like a human
