PTO, hourly pay and medical benefits
Good but it can be better
I am able to get a bonus at the end of the year given that I meet clinical outcomes.
The total compensation package is fair.

My Home team mates in Griffin always display teamwork
I floated so I got to work with team players and those who were not team players!
The patient always comes first.
There is team wirk by most workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As a whole team works well together. Despite the gossip and back and forth patients are cared for safely. I wish dirty laundry wasn't aired so freely in front of patients.
Some coworkers are supportive ares helpful, management and human resources are not!!
There is a friendly atmosphere all around.

Interviewing with each supervisor was a good way for me to ask different questions about the position i applied for
