Smaller teams can be positive and productive..... if you're lucky. Restructure + RTO has eroded communication and logic across larger teams. It is more cold and corporate than it used to be.
Very mission-driven organization. I feel good about the impact I am making on our students. I also think WGU invests in employee development by providing learning opportunities to employees.
I love everything ... using the cultural beliefs and Learning Principles every day helps keep the WGU positive culture alive. I love sharing it with my students and others!!

We are all trying so hard to support our students. The program mentors really do care.
I have the most awesome team that works together for the greater good!
Smart people who truly care about students. We are stifled by large caseloads and disfunctional Field Experience processes. Still, individual mentors tend to be fantastic.
