Relaxed and receptive. There is also a great amount of respect everyone has for each other.

Though it is a remote-first company, there is a lot of emphasis on engagement and its easy to settle into this work and be collaborative.
What makes you most happy at work?
I appreciate everyone being flexible, understanding and not being uptight. The relaxed nature of the job is encouraging while simultaneously putting whats important at the forefront and ensuring things get done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can feel the company's values shine through the work we do, the people we do it with and the results we generate. Not a lot of companies follow through on their values, but this is a first for me, especially only in the first few months of being here.
