What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Investment in the people whether that is through recognition, bringing teams together in person, gifts when something happens in our personal life (marriage, pet passing, family illness, CA wildfires, etc)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is invested in the people and the product. They understand that investment in the people and the team is an investment in the product and company as a whole. Is' something I've never experienced before.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works incredibly hard and encourages us to take care of ourselves in whatever capacity that may be - understanding a flexible work schedule if they kids have to stay home, taking PTO & encouraging us to stay offline during PTO, etc.
