I love that our leadership seem like genuinely good people. They're genuinely kind and thoughtful. Like anyone, they're not perfect, but they have the right humility to be open to feedback, while also being confident in decisively pushing our company forward.

We seem to have an unofficial no-assholes rule here. People seem genuinely kind and ready to collaborate. I especially love that people here are very talented and want to work hard - it pushes and challenges me every day to be better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We've got the best of high-growth startup vibes - everyone is friendly with each other whether you're close or not, and we have a lot of fun together. There's a casual, playful energy to the company that's unlike anywhere else I've worked.
What makes you most happy at work?
I LOVE that I am invited by my leadership (including up through our CEO) to employ the full depths of my creative problem-solving to tackling the big questions and issues we face to set up the company for long-term scalability and success.
