I work with smart people that want to solve problems. They're fun and nice, too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The feeling - the number is good and nobody tried to drive it down or nickel and dime me. I might've been able to get a larger number, but I cared more about how I was treated than get a few extra thousand dollars.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really liked how they informed us of the major strategic decision as soon as possible and responded to our questions in the chat. They can't tell us everything immediately - that's chaos - but they told us what we needed to know when they could. That's A+ stuff.
