Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Nothing treat people like himan ....

Actually having proper equipment to do my job and not risk getting hurt everyday

They dont care about their employees and treat them like they are iust a number.

Bae pay parity with industry professionals at a similar level. Annual adjustments at minimum in line with inflation. With the exception of entry level HO salaried pay bands have not been adjusted in line with inflation for at least 6 years. EU pensions contribution are poor versus market norms.

Pay increases were forfitted last year, and this year company restructured to be more financially beneficial for tge company but not the employees

I worked over time plenty of times and earned comission that would not be counted at the end of the month, and instead be kept.
