What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It is a profit before people culture. They must spend a fortune on recruitment. Short sighted
The company needs to be more involved in helping employees
The head managers need to listen to their employees when we ask for more hours. This is why the store I work at at least four people have left in the past month.
Work is incredibly hard and we are not given the resources to handle it appropriately

Invest in your employees, stop treating them like they are second rate and disposable. Promotions are based on who you know and not what you know. Work ethics mean nothing at a store level and I have worked at more than one store to know this personally.
