Valuing skills instead of appearance
There no leadership.... if dont agree with them or you have own better idea.....
LEADING THE TEAM WOULD BE HELPFUL
hiring less obnoxious, clique-driven leaders
Everything everything is awful and terrible
Nothing treat people like himan ....
Actually having proper equipment to do my job and not risk getting hurt everyday
They dont care about their employees and treat them like they are iust a number.
Bae pay parity with industry professionals at a similar level. Annual adjustments at minimum in line with inflation. With the exception of entry level HO salaried pay bands have not been adjusted in line with inflation for at least 6 years. EU pensions contribution are poor versus market norms.
Pay increases were forfitted last year, and this year company restructured to be more financially beneficial for tge company but not the employees
There is failure to cominicate....
More communication and team work.
They can actually try to help snd train snd be more genuine on the floor. I feel a lot of attitude and unwelcome energy at time
communication. Several workers can't understand the position and several work harder at getting out of work. Most Supervisors don't say anything to the ones who don't produce
Review from Operations Dept
My coworkers constantly ridicule, gossip, and bully one another and need to stop treating work like it?
Review from Sales Dept
The only fired black hispnic for stupid shiit ... twisted the rule how ever they please.....
head of creative needs to go - she has been here since the company started and is terrible
Upper management and HR should be replaced as horrible as they treat everyone.
Needs to improve the people they put in the positions, egen if someone is qualified for a job but doesn't know how to interact with people, shouldn't be on the spot. Being human and empath comes first.
The company needs to be more employee focused.
less time between first interview and offer - by the time you get an offer, you have already interviewed at multiple other places
HR shouldnt be so fake and clueless.
It is a profit before people culture. They must spend a fortune on recruitment. Short sighted
The company needs to be more involved in helping employees
The head managers need to listen to their employees when we ask for more hours. This is why the store I work at at least four people have left in the past month.
Work is incredibly hard and we are not given the resources to handle it appropriately
Review from Operations Dept
Invest in your employees, stop treating them like they are second rate and disposable. Promotions are based on who you know and not what you know. Work ethics mean nothing at a store level and I have worked at more than one store to know this personally.
Review from Sales Dept
Improved corporate structure
Connection between Home Office and actual life at the stores.
