    Permanent shifts, Rotational shifts are BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH!! Raises that make sense for employees who give their all. Leads and Managers both decided on salary increases. Employees that work 48 hour work weeks should get the full 48 no matter what we feel ripped off on short weeks. We worked that 48 hour shift in 4 days we should get paid for it.
