Valvoline Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Retirement is available ,also I have a opportunity to grow from within

it is very flexible and is reviewed frequently

do not have a compensation package

there is no best part. have to get approval for your earned PTO, don''t get paid for holidays if you normally work that day, the health insurance and dental is below average most times requiring a co pay

The hourly pay was good

Health care is paid for

All benefits are good and look out for the employee.

Medical benefits are top notch

401k insurence could be a bit more afforadble

Review from Customer Success Dept

the full medical and the benefits.

Retirement 401k stock options are avaliable

I have my own private insurance

Great pay anr benefits. They treat you well

Bonuses And the opportunity for career advancement.

They offer all kinds of benefits and programs

We have the best insurance I’ve seen from any company I’ve ever worked

Review from Operations Dept

I love our ability to use PTO as we need it, our benefits are great, and there are a lot of options in my area.

Ease of mind and Financial support

Review from Operations Dept

401k match is generous and vested

Free Life insurance policy through vioc and 4% 401k match is pretty nice and health and dental are good too

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because I do most of the physical work while everyone stands around

Feeling like im part of the team instead of an outcast

I dont like tge insurance, we still have to pay alot out if pocket

Review from Engineering Dept

My job and for people to do their job properly

Review from Operations Dept

Actually being compensated for all my work?!?

Everything didnt even kno i had all that

I work hard everyday I go in, I work CSR, topside and bottom side. To find out I’m working 6 days out of the week and barely get $300 a week, & they promote everyone who is not even experienced and people who been working there for years don’t even get promoted it?

get paid more and help us out when needed

Better pay and more raises for employees

Review from Sales Dept

Switching stores can't be around there

Not taking away paid time off

I am treated like I am below others and not paid close to enough for the psycial and emotional labor I put into my job

Review from Engineering Dept

More money per hour or a bonus for meeting sales goals

Review from Operations Dept

More opportunity for advancement and equity compensation

Free empolyee oil change every other month

Actually get paid for my time

low pay, very complicated system for benifits, disrespect from higher ups, ignored requests

Being called names and being talked down to and made fun of by management

My concerns are gaslighted and calmed down upon expressing them, and are NEVER dealt with in higher management or brought up to HR; the posted HR number is years old and no longer contracts with Valvoline.
