My manager is now managing 2 stores. The one I work at is understaffed every day because he has most of our employees at his store. He does not listen to our concerns, he blames us for the way the store is being run, and the district managers are not doing anything to help.
Salary not worth it. Can’t get employees hired. Retention of employees has always been a problem at valvoli
Management needs to go through a management course on how to speak to employees and handle situations
