there is no best part. have to get approval for your earned PTO, don''t get paid for holidays if you normally work that day, the health insurance and dental is below average most times requiring a co pay

What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team they are like my friends but them management (usually after they make up a new rule and go "how could you mess this up") flusters my manager who takes his stress out on us other than that my team is the only reason i stay at this job because they make me happy

we meet on a monthly basis and results are shared along with great stories of what is happening in the market
