Be transparent, avoid office politics, remain professional, avoid favoritism and recognize employees who provide value to the organization.

Leadership 101. Respectful workplace. Living the brand values

Stop virtue signaling on political issues and focus more on operational efficiencies. Issues are glaring and never seem to be fixed. This upsets members and employees feel the heat. Upper management is so detached from operations. They project caring about employees but their actions don't align.

Quit behaving like a cult

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Poor leadership across organization. Either completely absent leaders or Micro managers focused on tiny details that do not add value to deliverables. Constantly shifting deliverables results in huge workload that does not add value

Paid the market rate would be nice. Admin team is especially underappreciated and overlooked.

Should bot just accept mediocre management that take them for granted.

Most are lifers so they have no idea how to work effectively

The 'lived' company culture needs to live up to the stated brand values and culture

Have competent managers who have more of a final say when it comes to hiring and rewarding employees that go above and beyond and who are team players. Not just the new guy thst beags about how good he is.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

They should ask less behavioral questions and focus more on performance. Also, you get feedback after unsuccessful interviews but it feels like they give you false feedback to let you down easy rather than levelling with you and helping you get to where you want to go.
