Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?For the same role in other organisations in India the pay is atleast 2.5x higher, this makes difficult to retain talent at the same time, it at times make you wonder if you are doing the right thing by staying back
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?There is blatant favouritism with Veeam. There is a certain type of person who is promoted and given breaks. The managers do not fight for us and we are not paid fairly across the board. It is sad, and traceable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They lack total transparency and concern. They are out of touch with reality and employee relations. We now know they have been being run by another company, but to be better they are going to have to move out of 1980 and into 2020 and stop treating employees like infants.
