What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is they genuinely care about you as a human being. They want to see people grow both personally and professionally to meet their true potential. Victory is a company that wants to see you be the best version of yourself day in and day out

I love how much help were given from our leadership team. We work day in and day out on improvement and pushing past our rejections. Everything is a mental battle and i love how our leadership team gets us through our struggles.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have healthcare, 401Ks, and an incredible amount of financial planning advice, along with continuous opportunities for bonuses and leadership opportunities.

The best part is how much were paid for our daily performance. Every appointment we set after 4 is an extra $50.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a tight knit group always willing to bend over backwards to help out our co-workers. We strive to get the best out of each other and are always willing to put the extra work in to push the boundaries of what's possible!

It's always extremely positive and uplifting. Everyone is friendly and willing to help out other co-workers! There is strong growth mindset within the culture here at Victory that contributes to our overall success!

I like how i wasnt sold on the company, when i went in for my interview they werent explaining why this is the best place to work it was nore about am i ready to take the next step in ny life to make a change.
