Victra Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Dental coverage is top notch.

Review from Sales Dept

It's fair for the work I do and the bonus program is motivating for me to give 110%

Review from Operations Dept

Simple to set up and follow

Review from Sales Dept

Bonus structure is okay. But it's too early for me to tell you as I have not received anything yet even after being told I would in Feb.

Review from Sales Dept

I like having a good base

Review from Sales Dept

Possibilities to earn more as i go

Review from Sales Dept

Ability to make additional compensation but base pay should be higher based on experience. Or, at least negotiable. Especially for MGM's.

Review from Sales Dept

The structure as you got up in target. Makes pushing higher targets a lot more motivating

Review from Sales Dept

Provides financial security while i focus on making the store financially beneficial

Review from Sales Dept

the amazing commission structure ! We get paid for the work we put in

Review from Sales Dept

You affect how much you get paid by driving more sales.

Review from IT Dept

That i get paid every two weeks, and a bonus at the end of month

I like the commisision structure

Review from Sales Dept

The salary is decent and I am content

Review from Sales Dept

Competitive compensation even at lower tier locations

Review from Sales Dept

Im able to me make more money

Review from Sales Dept

The Money and the healthcare

Review from Sales Dept

The best part is the rewards when you hit goal.

Bonuses and spiffs. The ability to bet on ourselves and WIN

Review from Sales Dept

Ability to get a bonus

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Fair goals. Our goals are astronomical and I am one that, historically, welcomed challenging goals. I know a lot of managers in my district, state and region that feel the same way. When goals come out... there is a feeling of "we have no chance at getting paid this month." Give us at least a chance

Review from Sales Dept

if multi store leaders got to either get double commission from each store or got paid more for running 2 stores. It's not right that you lose out on ALL of your commission because one store is short on one thing. We can't be at 2 places at one time!

Review from Sales Dept

They want you to work every day and no day off and not paid for that

Review from Sales Dept

Base salary in my opinion should be 80k+

Review from Sales Dept

What I mean is the compensation for mileage and vehicle maintenance does not adequately reflect the wear and tear from daily travel across various locations. The costs for gas and car repairs are higher than in any previous role and I believe this aspect should be re-evaluated. Not undervalued.

Review from Sales Dept

Mileage for 3 door managers and a more competitive salary for thr workload.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel thrown to the wolves m, it just sucks when you ginuinely care

Review from Sales Dept

I feel it's alot of responbilities for the role I have and i been thrown in with minimal teaching/coaching.

Review from Operations Dept

I would say for the things that i deal with on a daily basis there are definetley time that i wish the compensation was a little more. Certain things i have to do that i wasnt really told about when i took the job

I would like managers to go back to percentage commision

Review from Sales Dept

We are treated differently than the rest of the managers

Review from Sales Dept

Continuously providing the same feedback of what happened to me with Victra doesn't seem productive. Being legitimately valuable with a prior acquisition doesn't help my cause. The value I bring to Victra is on a month to month bases and the 12 years of tenure I have with the company didn't matter.

Review from Sales Dept

Front line staff are not heard, do not feel appreciated, and the commission structure changes so drastically that most of us need a second job to make ends meet. An employee working full time shouldn't need to apply for state benefits to feed their family

Review from Sales Dept

With the expectation as a leader that is held out of myself does not match my salary.

Review from Sales Dept

Our state changed laws that impact my position, no longer making it salaried. Due to this, I lack tools I would normally have access to run my job effectively when clocked out. It isn't clear what time I should and should not be working. The PTO structure doesn't work with hourly manager pay.

Review from Sales Dept

It’s more about the type of pay, going from exempt to non exempt, impossible to get the same amount of hours with required lunch clock outs, basically a $10k paycut instead of

Review from Sales Dept

If i made more salary

Review from Sales Dept

My favorite part is Bonuses

Review from Sales Dept

I know other people in my position whoes base pay is more than mine with less store traffic and experiance and skil

Review from Sales Dept

I am not being paid for all the work I am putting in just because my stores are not attaining their contro goals. I put in 50-55 hous every week digging these stores out of the holes they are in and get paid less that my peers. And will continue to be paid less for the foreseeable future.
