What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

We don't hear much from the Executive team anymore we used to but every year it's less and less. The why isn't deserved at the ground level but always appreciated.

This company has lost sight of being people first entirely. Sales pressure is one thing but now nationwide the companies culture has shifted so much that peers I talk to don't feel seen or are losing their passion for this company specifically.

Review from Sales Dept

Hire some upper leadership with a brain. I have shoes smarter than Scott Tollett

Review from Sales Dept

My direct leader is fantastic, does everything within his power to keep his team happy. Executives have become beyond greedy with how they pay commission/store leader bonuses. All they talk about is growth/opps but at the store level we never see or feel the growth. Just lower contro totals

Review from Sales Dept

Understanding the challenges in the field and actually helping us find solutions to navigate them instead of pointing to an excel sheet and telling us to do better

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Personally, I am assigned blue chip assignments for the district, sometimes region, proxy for dm/bm, train other managers and new reps in the district, constantly asked for more but never compensated. Expected to be a leader among peers but not paid as such

Compensation has decreased 10% or more year over year over year though I have made the company more money

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 10 days ago

As a manager, I haven't received a raise since I hired in. I realize your team can sell more, but, reps get annual raises. We haven't ever.

I used to get paid % having a high volume location and I understand that times are changing but having a high volume location isn't a benefit anymore, rather go to a smaller location to make over $100k a year vs stay at a high volume location and make less than $80k.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 10 days ago

I feel the base salary ineed to be higher, you get no raises for longivity with the company, no perks for helping outside of your assigned work location

Review from Sales Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

There needs to be a greater sense of accountability. Leaders ask for updates, there are individuals who blatantly go against the grain and nothing is done, but the individuals who consistantly do their job are micromanaged.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 10 days ago

People have stopped taking pride in their daily life and job things have become more performative. A lot of people are allowed to be less than mediocre yet stay with the company and even celebrated because they look and sound good.

Training - there are multiple team members on my manager team that don't have the basic knowledge of how to do the job, how to sell, and how to coach. Yet these are the ones I see making a higher payout because they have smaller goals they don't have to take the time to learn they are getting paid!

Review from Sales Dept

Company would rather keep people that have multiple fcads because they are scared of law suits.. having employees that break policy and do the opposite of what is asked of them makes my day frustrating.

Review from Sales Dept

Co workers need to be held accountable. They are vwey comfortable. The entire company is a joke, everyone finds out about everything.

Review from Sales Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Requiring managers to work overtime to earn their base salary after you cut them from salaried status is absolute garbage.

Review from Sales Dept

Executives hear that they need to change "pay structure" and they see it as an opportunity to change it for an ulterior motive that in the end makes the pay worse/lower pay outs. They deny that its less but never present any data proving that its not less

Review from Sales Dept

Better pay and better tools not over worked and attainable goals.

Review from Sales Dept

Okg what shouldnt , thw visits should be more human they attack you with all these metrics and they wont wxcuse traffic as if its soemhing we control. Inflation is real and we want to get oaid, what happened to yearly increases? Also no support with escalations and when we do they get mad.

Review from Sales Dept

Take in to consideration of locals that are trying to help you understand the community better. Unless turn over isn't a big deal to the company.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

The what have you done lately culture of this industry is exhausting. I am asked to adhere to the standards of those who fail and fall in line based on ridiculous polices created for those who "cannot" yet no one asks me why I am thriving and growing in every economy since 2019

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 10 days ago

having to worry about hitting goals at a high volume location and seeing reps not trying because they believe they deserve more money since they deal with the customers

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 10 days ago

Actions speak louder than words. Show your staff you really do care and give them the insight that helps them understand the actions take and why and how it isn't directly intended to cut pay from those learning and growing to push them out before they have had the chance to flourish.

Review from Sales Dept

I should not be working longer than 40 hours a week to earn my base salary and the only time the commission structure should change is when it increases.

Review from Sales Dept

The pay structure needs to go back to salary
