What did you like most about the interview process?

The clarity in the expectations of the role however, since then there has been a lot more tasks added to the role

Review from Customer Support Dept

The two people who interviewed me were nice and approachable. They asked questions I knew actually related to the position I was applying for.

It was quick alot of paperwork though

open nature of the conversation

Dealing with local staff is a negative. We should deal with corporate. Local staff tend to want to keep your pay lower than theirs. They should not know our pay.

One on one interview, not a group.

It’s been decades, I dont removed a lot about

Sharing my experiences as it related to the industry

It is mostly the same as teacher if you have home visit experience

Review from Product Dept

I was able to express my abilities to adapt to whatever is needed.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
