What did you like most about the interview process?The clarity in the expectations of the role however, since then there has been a lot more tasks added to the role
What makes you most happy at work?When I actually am able to catch up with my administrative work and feel caught up
What are some of the best things about your team?Very reliable we don't limit ourselves to just our caseload. We help each other out. They are amazing to work with. I really wouldn't wanna work with anybody else. They are the reason why I still work at my site.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I have an extremely heavy workload and am not paid well. I am very knowledgeable about all areas of my job description. Taking time off is difficult, as there is never anyone to cover for me, and my work just builds up while I am gone. They know my workload is heavy, but I am not compensated for it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Keeping focus on our clients being more important than making the most money possible. Taking care of the employees who handle those vulnerable populations each and every day.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Don't pair people with idiots
