Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have an extremely heavy workload and am not paid well. I am very knowledgeable about all areas of my job description. Taking time off is difficult, as there is never anyone to cover for me, and my work just builds up while I am gone. They know my workload is heavy, but I am not compensated for it

CEO is just awful and I wish she had any conception of actual talent

I'm a great, dependable, time manageable, loyal employee that always go over and beyond the expectations of the job!

Work is always being added but little to no monetary compensation is given.

I just feel that dock workers, should make more it's very hard. And because I'm the only dock worker to accept donations it's even harder

Yes I feel severely undervalued, and I want an appropriate raise for my coworkers and I.

I have worked here 5 months and was promised benefits... I DON'T HAVE BENEFITS

Review from Product Dept

a higher salary and more respect

The CEO's get paid why too much for doing little to nothing except lobbying for more money

No raises given to long term employees, no rewards for loyalty, work short often
