Very reliable we don't limit ourselves to just our caseload. We help each other out. They are amazing to work with. I really wouldn't wanna work with anybody else. They are the reason why I still work at my site.

I truly believe in our core values. Many of my coworkers do as well. However, it seems like upper management forgets that it takes everyone to make the wheel keep moving. Our company is way too top heavy and could compensate the average worker more.

The two people who interviewed me were nice and approachable. They asked questions I knew actually related to the position I was applying for.

Dealing with local staff is a negative. We should deal with corporate. Local staff tend to want to keep your pay lower than theirs. They should not know our pay.

Helping those less fortunate. I used to believe I was going to do something big to change the world and help others. I now realize it could be the smallest of things that makes the biggest difference.
Driving my route and service to the stores is probably my favorite because of interaction with the other side that puts the product put
