Keeping focus on our clients being more important than making the most money possible. Taking care of the employees who handle those vulnerable populations each and every day.
The leadership team needs to be better at communication.
Better pay, better incentives, better management
Communication providing benefits for employees

trust and listen to the people that are being served
I have an extremely heavy workload and am not paid well. I am very knowledgeable about all areas of my job description. Taking time off is difficult, as there is never anyone to cover for me, and my work just builds up while I am gone. They know my workload is heavy, but I am not compensated for it
CEO is just awful and I wish she had any conception of actual talent
I'm a great, dependable, time manageable, loyal employee that always go over and beyond the expectations of the job!
Work is always being added but little to no monetary compensation is given.
I just feel that dock workers, should make more it's very hard. And because I'm the only dock worker to accept donations it's even harder
Treat people like human beings
Volunteers of America highest homeless people felons drug addicts and place them in their facility at very low wage to oversee the other homeless people so criminals and Felons have keys to the rooms, American bullies in treat their fellow homeless people inhumane
trust the clients and resist being so beaureaucratic
It comes from above-management takes advantage of the organization but expects the workers to be accountable

We work well together. We work as a well tuned machine
Fire this incredibly inept CEO
Better communication, better pay, offer food to employees even at a cost, many get stuck at work wity madani on and have no options for meals
needs to be changed from the top down. they have very little if any respect for their mission statements or the people in need.
fire top leadership and replace them with someone who knows what they are doing-especially concerning personnel-we have way too much turnover
Change from above-the company needs to be changed from CEO on down. Most dishonest people I have ever worked for. And they are a 'church'.

Don't pair people with idiots
Actually do a background check and hire those w/ experience
The CEO picks favorites and only they advance and she hates certain people
If I go on three seas getting the money to help the homeless need to build housing and give money and services to the homeless directly they don't need to pay themselves $130,000 a year and build a shelter
We don't make enough money to live working 40 hour weeks. If you want to afford an apartment, you need to get a second job along side this one.
Building desperately needs maintenance and updating
Provide my insurance that was promised
