I have worked for Gore for 13 years. During this time, I have been physically, sexually, verbally, harassed, unfortunately, particular divisions, have no accounting and work within a vacuum only recently has HR been involved in the review process. Constructively the benefits are great.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical insurace, sick, bereavement leave are very good.

Working with a few real people.

The interview process is different with every team that you interview with
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership accountability. Currently Medical Products division, leadership has not properly trained and routinely breaks labor laws.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to be accountable for their actions. Most people are promoted because they are status jockeying not because they qualify.
