What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

A cukture of fairness, leadership, and petsonal career growth (self-directed).

The people I work with are great.

Vacation time and knowing I have more.

My team! Not so much for the company now. Leadership has destroyed it.

That its trust the individual and motication to grow

Gore allows the freedom in each associate grow in knowledge and skill and they also strive for fairness with each other and everyone they do business with

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Leadership accountability. Currently Medical Products division, leadership has not properly trained and routinely breaks labor laws.

Don't pretend to care about employees and promise fairness when you don't fairly reward or compensate. It comes off as manipulative. Ambitious smart people don't want to work for people who don't value and respect them.
