The original Gore and Associates is a thing of the past and now taken over by corporate greed. It's a shame that leadership team at the top has complete disregard of the core values that built this company. It truly was a great place to work.

My team! Not so much for the company now. Leadership has destroyed it.

Very self motivated, hard working and dedication to keep the company safe for everyone.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Remembering the core values that built the company. Remove the outside influence of people who Bill Gore chose to get away from for good reasons.
