Being able to get benefits period

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We are skilled professionals and yet we're paid less than most professions and we do the work of 2 people.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I am a single woman without children, and I cannot afford a basic one-bedroom apartment on what I make. because of my inconsistent all-over-the-place scheduling requirements, I am unable to commit to a second job. I cannot survive with this company, and I am currently seeking employment elsewhere

The schedule isn't flexible and the point system cause anxiety especially if something happened. We shouldn't have to go to sedgwick for an "doctor note".

I would rather go broke than spend another day in a Walgreens

Review from Admin Dept

Yes. I feel extremely undervalued. I've actually never felt like I didn't want to walk inside of a workplace like I do this.

As a member of management I am grossly underpaid for my daily efforts.

More people scheduled, more hours, higher pay, no cut hours no matter what time of year it is, yearly raises .50, give back the christmas $200 bonuses, fix the pharmacy, fix the phone systems

I do not get paid enough as a manager and i wont get my bonus

I feel undervalued because im being worked to death and getting paye dtge bare minimum

They need to pay the retail team more with all the stores they have closed and taking away managers bonuses they have more than enough to give the face of the store, the ones who keep the business going, the ones who deserve it. The customer service reps who keep customers coming back

Review from Customer Support Dept

I currently do the job of 3 different people and I'm told that I'm not doing enough to qualify for the yearly review raise of ~25 cents. Would feel better if I made a living wage since I handle people prescriptions and is tasked with helping them stay healthy

I feel undervauled because I personally work my butt off and the patients see and express it but yet my manager steadily continues to put me and my other coworkers instead of boosting our moral and encoranging us to do better

Compensation includes more than the wage. No sick pay just PTO so if you get COVID and miss work, no family vacation. There is zero consideration for life work balance. They do everything possible to make sure you dont qualify for benefits. Every year the cost of your benefits exceeds wage increases

Better attention for their employees, treat them with more respect like a human being.

I work harder than most employees and my career path since walgreens bought rite aid has gone backwards.

Pay us more, suport us, dtop cutting hours and making work conditions unsafe

I don’t want any blowback or repercussions for bringing this forward but I feel I am being treated unfairly, discriminated against and harassed.. and I shouldn’t have to feel stressed out every time I go into work. I feel scared and not wanted as a valued emplo

The pay should be way more for what csa have to deal with

clearer management direction that leads to share appreciation

Review from Operations Dept

Those associates who work hard the entire 8 hour shift are paid the same as the ones who stand behind the registers on their phone.
