What makes you most happy at work?

It's usually living with customers

my customers make me happy

That i can work at my own pace and not have someone looking over my shoulder

greeting and speaking to the customers

Knowing that i have such a good relationship with my coworkers as their shift lead

The paycheck ,and working with so many great people

Engaging with customers, it creates a different feeling for the customer when they walk into a retail store and have company staff interact at a level that creates positivity, innovation, and enjoyment.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My manger is so rude to me and makes me feel like complete shit

The company needs to redirect its attention to the customers and their experience instead of putting more dollars in the CEO's pockets by reducing their current employees' hours and pay.

The actions from the top corporate people seems one of desperation as our stock and confidence plummet. I don't know if it can be improved at this point.

Miscommunication is ridiculous, everything seems so chaotic

Almost everything is on fire in the pharmacy. The entire system needs to be reworked for patient and team member safety.

How management treat the employees and how understaffed we are

Hard work is not recognized. Upper leadership, DM, is not helpful. They could improve vastly if they actually cared about their employees.

Better store manager that doesn't down grade employees

Customers at almost every establishment are not satisfied with the services employees provide, whether they are educated and certified pharmacy staff or front end staff. In order to improve the overall environment of the workplace, customers must treat any and all staff as human beings.

The Slow paced work due to the severe understaffing of our store and multiple stores

Tech's are overworked, expected to do just about everthing. There can be a long line and if someone comes over to the vaccination window you'll here the pharmacist say "you can join the line." I understand theyre busy as well, but if you see your tech's are swarmed with customers just sign them in!!

Short staff, hogh metric and expectation

The staff needs to have their priorities in order and be held responsible for getting their work done. I shouldn't have to pick up others slack just because they want to talk instead of work.

More professional and properly trained staff. Just more staff in general

Benefits are pretty good. Discount are worth for hygiene and first aid. Clean stores (for the most part).
